TRAIN(Kenya) Newsletter March 2026

As I sit down to write this newsletter on Monday March 2nd, two of our trustees, Keith Underhill and Alan Wigley, are making their way from the UK to Pokot North. The purpose of the trip is threefold: (1) To bring encouragement and exhortation to the brethren in all the challenges and needs that they face; (2) To review how the funds we have sent over the past year have been used, and to ensure that processes of accountability are in place; (3) To discuss further needs and consider how the resources we send can be best used for the furtherance of the gospel and the glory of Christ. Please pray that the Lord will strengthen Keith and Alan as they travel many miles through rough terrain. Sadly brother Elly Achok has been unable to go with them on this occasion as he recovers from ill-health, which means that our brothers will need to cover the driving themselves, which can be challenging! Sometimes the road can disappear altogether, and on other occasions invisible humps can catch you out at speed. Pray for them!
